Our
Table
Seasonal Moroccan cooking, served in the intimacy of the riad.
The art of the
Moroccan table
Where the Medina meets your plate
At Maison Ziri, dining is part of the journey. Our chef composes a daily seasonal menu drawn from Moroccan classics and Mediterranean traditions — tagines, couscous, pastilla, fresh market salads, and orange blossom desserts.
Meals are served in the intimacy of the courtyard, beside the pool, or on the panoramic rooftop terrace — always in a calm, unhurried atmosphere, reserved exclusively for our guests.
From morning to evening
Three moments at the table, each with its own rhythm
Fresh Moroccan pastries, msemen, beghrir, house jams, seasonal fruit, pressed juices, eggs to order, coffee and mint tea.
A light seasonal menu — market salads, tagines, Friday couscous, and Mediterranean dishes served in the courtyard or on the terrace.
A more elaborate culinary experience, reserved the evening before. Pastilla, signature tagines, catch of the day and house desserts.
Ingredients from here
Each week we work with the Medina markets and small producers from the Haouz plain. A cuisine rooted in its terroir, changing with the seasons.
Vegetables, fruit and spices chosen each morning from the souks surrounding the Medina.
Slow-cooked in clay, with olive oil and culinary argan oil from independent Moroccan cooperatives.
Khobz, msemen, beghrir and Moroccan pastries prepared on-site from before dawn.
